This Privacy Policy explains how EUCart ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the EUCart mobile application (the "App") to order goods from participating shops.
EUCart is a marketplace that connects independent local shops with customers. We do not sell, stock, or physically handle any products ourselves — your order is placed with, and fulfilled by, the shop you order from. Deliveries are carried out by our delivery partner, Stuart, and all payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card or bank details — these are handled directly by Stripe under its own security and compliance standards.

The App requests access to your device's location so it can show you shops that deliver to your area, estimate delivery times, and let you set an accurate delivery address on the map. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings; some features (such as delivery-area checks) may not work correctly without it.
We share limited data with the following third-party services strictly to operate the App:
Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or other third parties.
When you place an order, we share the information necessary to fulfil it (your name, delivery address, order contents, and contact number) with the shop fulfilling your order and, where delivery is required, with Stuart, the courier carrying it out.
We retain your account and order data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet accounting, tax, and legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see "Your Rights" below).
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and hashed passwords, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
The App is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
